It might not be your neck at all! Notice her right shoulder and the lengthening of her neck. This was a result of a shoulder technique that I’ve developed to give immediate and lasting results.

If you notice the side I haven’t worked…it’s drawn in and tight. I refer to this as….”wearing your shoulders like earrings.”

Every week I am seeing more clients like this, due to increase in computer and texting time. After each session I encourage clients to take breaks and stretch often to prolong the effectiveness of the treatment.
